We are looking for an energetic and experienced Business Finance lead to steer the financials for Intragroup Business (Shared Services & Consolidation Centre) with other Daimler Truck entities spread across the world. * Responsibilities for Internal Candidates Financial Steering & Controls Pricing: Lead the pricing exercise for Shared services & Consolidation center Annual Business Plan & short term forecast management: Provide transparency on cost structure and define revenue, cost & HC targets for business functions in alignment with them Book closing: Lead the book closing activities for Intragroup business financials Financial Reporting: Ensure efficient revenue/cost tracking and adequate financial reporting Financial Analysis: Highlight deviations in revenue & cost vs. plan with business functions, support them to define countermeasures and periodically track progress of countermeasures. Business partering Co-ordinate with the business functions to understand/support/co-steer relevant business processes to enable them to reach the departments financial targets Define & drive cost efficiency initiatives/programs along with business functions Special Projects Execute special projects on demand from CFO & CEO. Plan, steer, manage and report projects with respective stakeholders and departments. Digitalization & Process improvements Identify automation and process improvement projects Identify critical process issues; aid respective stakeholders to resolve issues, install KPIs to measure the process effectiveness Forum representation Participate in various forums and accordingly guide the business teams with required support/decisions from Finance Team Lead, train and motivate the team towards high performance culture Demonstrate Great Leadership Behaviors (GLB) * Qualifications for Internal Candidates Education Bachelor in Engineering and Masters of Business Administration (Finance preferable)/CMA [or] CA Experience 12+ years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Analysis, Shared services, Transfer pricing. 3+ years of experience in leading a team Specific Knowledge Exposure to Shared services, Transfer pricing, R&D business finance. Good communication, Interpersonal and Leadership skills
