Position Overview The Site HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the warehouse, ensuring smooth manpower availability, compliance, employee engagement, and alignment with 3PL and client operational requirements. This role supports a fast-paced grocery warehouse environment (ambient, chilled & frozen), ensuring high workforce productivity and adherence to labor standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Manpower Management Manage end-to-end hiring of warehouse associates, pickers, packers, loaders/unloaders, delivery support staff, and supervisors. Maintain required manpower strength as per client SLAs and shift productivity targets. Coordinate with staffing agencies for daily deployment, onboarding, and replacements. Forecast manpower requirements for peak/lean periods and support workforce planning. 2. Onboarding & Induction Conduct joining formalities, document collection, and ID/badge issuance. Facilitate HR induction covering policies, safety, hygiene, and code of conduct. Ensure proper training on warehouse procedures and client-specific expectations. 3. Attendance, Leave & Shift Management Monitor biometric attendance and maintain shift rosters. Validate overtime, leave approvals, and shift changes. Position Overview The Warehouse Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations for a 3PL-managed grocery distribution center. This role ensures efficient inbound, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch processes while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, compliance, and service level performance for perishable and non-perishable grocery products. Key Responsibilities 1. Inbound Operations Plan and manage receipt of goods from multiple FMCG and grocery vendors. Ensure timely unloading, quality checks, and system GRN posting. Monitor shelf-life sensitive items and implement FEFO/ FIFO processes strictly. 2. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts & monthly stock audits. Manage stock rotation, damaged/expired goods handling, and shrinkage control. Optimize storage locations (ambient, chilled, frozen) based on product category.
