Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees through various payment methods (e.g., bank transfer).
  • Manage payroll processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, and company policies related to payroll administration.
  • Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/year-end reports on employee attendance, leave records, etc.

  • MIS & Data Management. (Need good excel skills i.e Mail merge, Lookup, sumif, pivot table etc)

  • Full & final settlement, Employee Life cycle-onboarding & offboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues or discrepancies in employee data.
