Hiring For Inventory Manager (Hyderabad & Farrukhnagar)

Job Title: Inventory Manager Consumer Durables & Apparels Experience Required: 5+ years in inventory management (preferably in retail/FMCG/eCommerce) Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end inventory operations for Consumer Durables and Apparel categories across multiple warehouses. Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory through regular reconciliation using WMS and SAP systems. Develop and execute effective inventory reconciliation plans , cycle counts, and root cause analysis for variances. Identify the root cause for the inventory discrepancies and set measures to control the same. Identify and implement best practices for inventory control , minimizing shrinkage and pilferage. Maintain space and bin planning to maximize storage efficiency and reduce movement time, and to handle the seasonal peaks. Collaborate with warehouse operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams for seamless inventory flow. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel/BI skills for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews. Travel frequently to warehouse sites (within the region/country) to conduct audits, coordinate teams, and ensure consistent inventory practices. Use logical reasoning to troubleshoot inventory issues and implement preventive controls. Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and audit requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in Consumer Durables or Apparel categories. Strong expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP (MM/WM modules) . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros preferred). Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations (100,000–300,000 sq. ft). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Exposure to e-commerce or retail warehouse environments. Experience in automation-driven warehouse settings. Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
