Identify and develop new business opportunities in the warehousing and logistics segment.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and field visits.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to clients.
Negotiate terms and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
Work closely with the operations and solutions teams to ensure service readiness.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Keep track of industry trends, pricing models, and customer requirements to offer customized solutions.
Regularly update CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record in B2B business development or sales in warehousing/logistics.
Good understanding of warehousing operations, storage solutions, and 3PL services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
