Demonstrate expertise in CNC machines, cutting tools, and their applications. Monitor and analyze daily rejections, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Achieve daily target costs for all manufacturing cost elements, including materials and operations. Ensure active participation in Quality Control Circles (QCC) and drive suggestion schemes for process improvement. Promote and enforce 5S standards and safe working practices across the production floor. Track abnormalities in processes or equipment and ensure timely closure of issues. Drive Total Quality Management (TQM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices within the manufacturing setup.
