Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World s Founder s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Bachelors in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution. Masters degree is a plus. Around 15 years of experience in the software development field, working across a wide swathe of technologies 5-10 years of experience leading the architecture and design function in an organization, and managing enterprise architecture Ability to take complex problems and simplify them elegantly. Meet time to market requirements of the business while not compromising software design principles. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate software choices and tradeoffs clearly and persuasively Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple organizations and drive alignment Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced environment, working on ambiguous and challenging projects Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations Experience with tools and standards of software development, testing, deployment and operational excellence
