Mechanical Maintenance Engineer || Pharma API Industry

We are hiring for Maintenance Engineer for a leading Pharma API Manufacturing company

Designation: Associate Engineering maintenance

Experience: 3-6 year in API-Pharmaceutical

Qualification: BE in Mechanical / Diploma In Mechanical

Department: Engineering

1Candidate should have Experience in API- Pharmaceutical industries.

2. Candidate should have Experience in Maintenance of HVAC Equipments & Process equipments like Glass lined Reactors, ANFD (Agitated Nutche filter & driers), RCVD, hot water system, Sifter, multi mill, pumps, and Vacuum pumps.etc

3. Preparation & Execution of Process Equipment qualification documents like URS, DQ, IQ and OQ.

4. Preparation of Preventive maintenance planner/ Schedule, checklist for all utility & process equipments.

5. Carryout the Preventive maintenance for all the equipments as per the schedule and maintaining Report & Planner.

6. Carryout the qualification/ requalification of HVAC system / Pass-box/ LAF etc.

7. Candidate should have the experience in maintenance of utility equipment ( Air compressor, Chiller, N2 plant, & cooling Tower) and Water system ( Potable water system & Purified water system)

8. Coordination with cross functional teams for preparation of documents and reports Etc.

9. Candidate should have experience in Safety work permit system and

documents

10.Candidate should have knowledge on as built P&ID, Equipment layout & facility layout for documentation and qualification.

11. Candidate should knowledge on the regulatory guideline such as ISO, USP and WHO

12.Added advantage if candidate faced any audits ( Customer/ Regulatory)
