Full Time
1. Will be handling maintenance of PLC and proximity sensors.
2. Reducing electrical breakdowns and downtime of equipment.
3. Handling trouble shooting and calibration of instrumentation section.
4. Handling Inhouse projects, improvement projects and kaizens.
5. Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
6. Handling preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and statutory requirements and compliances.
7. Performs routine maintenance on all equipments.
8. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
9. Maintaining critical spares, and ordering supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
10. Proper documentation and maintaining record.
11. To maintain proper hygiene & safety inside plant.
12. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
1. Should be a B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical) graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical Maintenance.
2. Experience in maintenance of PLC, proximity sensor and instrumentation will be preferred.
