Full Time
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all utility systems.
Inspect, monitor, and maintain critical systems such as:
Compressed air systems
Cooling towers & chillers
Boilers and steam lines
Water treatment systems
HVAC systems
Gas distribution lines
Respond to utility-related equipment breakdowns and emergencies promptly.
Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, blueprints, and system manuals.
Monitor and log utility consumption; assist in optimizing energy usage.
Coordinate with production and other maintenance teams to schedule utility maintenance without disrupting operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Participate in root cause analysis for recurring utility failures and suggest improvements.
Support installation and commissioning of new utility equipment or upgrades.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
