Roles and responsibilities Must Have capabilities: 1. Performance Testing Scope Includes:  Requirements Gathering:  Identify & validate performance criteria (e.g., response time, throughput, concurrency).  Test Planning:  Develop performance test strategy and scenarios. Liaise with application TDM and DA and walkthrough the test plan with all the stakeholders.  Environment Sanity:  Prepare test data and user profiles wherever needed  Perform environment sanity needed for NFT  Test Execution:  Conduct load, stress, endurance, and breakpoint tests. Also perform Batch performance testing [Intra and EOD batch Jobs]  Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, disk I/O, network).  Analysis & Reporting:  Analyze bottlenecks and performance issues.  Provide detailed reports with recommendations.  Optimization Support:  Collaborate with development teams to tune performance.  Re-test after optimizations.
