Real Estate Dispo Expert – Buyer Outreach & Buyer Strategy

Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled and motivated Dispositions Specialist with experience in wholesale real estate. This role requires someone who can both execute and advise—someone who knows how to market deals, attract serious cash buyers, and help shape a strong dispo strategy that leads to closed deals.

This is an opportunity to work consistently with a team that brings in off-market deals and needs help selling them quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Market wholesale deals to qualified cash buyers
• Develop or expand a reliable buyer list
• Manage buyer outreach, follow-up, and communication
• Advise on best practices for dispositions and deal positioning
• Share listings across relevant real estate platforms and networks
• Provide regular updates on buyer engagement and interest

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate wholesaling and dispositions
• Knowledge of buyer psychology and what makes a deal attractive
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and bring strategic insights
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like PropStream, REsimpli, or other investor CRMs (optional)
