Job Overview: Seeking a skilled and motivated Dispositions Specialist with experience in wholesale real estate . This role requires someone who can both execute and advise —someone who knows how to market deals, attract serious cash buyers, and help shape a strong dispo strategy that leads to closed deals. This is an opportunity to work consistently with a team that brings in off-market deals and needs help selling them quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Market wholesale deals to qualified cash buyers Develop or expand a reliable buyer list Manage buyer outreach, follow-up, and communication Advise on best practices for dispositions and deal positioning Share listings across relevant real estate platforms and networks Provide regular updates on buyer engagement and interest Qualifications: Experience in real estate wholesaling and dispositions Knowledge of buyer psychology and what makes a deal attractive Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and bring strategic insights Bonus: Familiarity with tools like PropStream, REsimpli, or other investor CRMs (optional) What We're Looking For: Someone who knows how to move deals A proactive professional who can tell us what works—and what doesn’t A long-term partner open to performance-based compensation or flexible structure Someone with a proven track record of connecting deals with buyers Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
