Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations and Sales Executive to manage the post-sales operations of tower crane rentals. This role involves handling field operations, team leadership, and client coordination to ensure timely, safe, and efficient crane service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of crane erection and dismantling as per the project schedule
• Coordinate servicing, breakdown response, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure site safety and service quality at all locations
• Manage a team of operators, riggers, technicians, and helpers
• Make independent team-related decisions (hiring, training, replacements)
• Maintain strong client relationships after sales closure
• Support the sales team in resource planning and technical discussions

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in crane operations or equipment rental
• Proven ability to manage field teams and logistics
• Strong knowledge of tower cranes and technical procedures
• Good communication, leadership, and planning skills
• Ability to take full ownership of field operations
• Preferred: Prior experience with tower cranes or similar lifting equipment
