Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue. - Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to ensure high performance. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly. - Property Promotion: Oversee the marketing and promotional activities for residential, villa, and commercial properties to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers. - Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management, including recommendations for improvement. - Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues or concerns. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and sales strategies. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
