We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence, lead generation, and creative campaigns. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive who can take full ownership of marketing execution — from generating leads to producing engaging designs and videos. This is an on-site role at our Dehradun office. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and fully dedicated to bringing our marketing strategies to life. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create professional designs and marketing materials using Canva (must have strong design taste). Edit and produce videos for promotions, social media, and advertising (intermediate level video editing required). Collaborate with the management team to execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Stay updated with the latest marketing and design trends to ensure fresh, engaging content. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of digital lead generation strategies. Proficiency in Canva (good design skills are a must). Intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Excellent communication and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and with full dedication. Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, design, or content creation. Experience with paid campaigns, SEO, and analytics tools. Knowledge of trading/finance industry is a plus (not mandatory).
