Primary Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain a strong referral network by sourcing leads from:
    • Town Planning or Panchayat officials
    • Small builders, contractors, civil engineers, planners, draftspersons
    • Hardware stores and building material suppliers such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates
    • Local masons, petty contractors, real estate brokers, developers
    • Sub-registrar office contacts and other relevant stakeholders
  2. Promote company products and schemes across commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments in the assigned market.
  3. Organize on-site promotional activities and events in targeted establishments.
  4. Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and marketing materials across identified locations.
  5. Engage with traders associations and professional bodies to promote the brand, source member databases, and run targeted campaigns.
  6. Identify new construction projects in the market through direct and open market sourcing.
  7. Handle transactional sales along with operational and administrative activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  8. Analyze business trends, performance metrics, and targets to develop improved sales strategies.
  9. Manage the initial lead screening process:
    • Obtain applications from prospects
    • Evaluate applications using the Tab Application
    • Provide in-principle approvals based on system-driven eligibility checks
  10. Coordinate with the Cluster Manager for:
    • Complete appraisal of proposals
    • Pre-sanction documentation
    • Formal approval communication
    • Collection of processing fees from customers
  11. Manage post-sanction activities including:
    • Legal and technical evaluations
    • Registration and mortgage documentation
    • Preparing loan disbursement schedules based on construction progress
  12. Support technical inspections to verify construction progress and facilitate timely disbursements.
  13. Execute collection follow-ups:
    • Pre-EMI collections during the construction phase
    • First EMI presentation and clearance
    • Monthly follow-up on ECS or ACH bounce cases
    • Ensure zero delinquency, defined as no cases crossing 30+ DPD
