Key Responsibilities: 1) You've to call on the data or leads of the candidate(s) which will be provided to you by our consultancy. Virtual number will also be provided to you by our consultancy to call the candidates. 2) Client Coordination: i) Understand the hiring needs and job descriptions provided by clients. ii) Provide regular updates on recruitment progress. 3) Candidate Engagement: i) Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone calls, virtual interviews, or other screening methods. ii) Present shortlisted candidates to your reporting manager with detailed evaluations. 4) Recruitment Process Management: i) Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. ii) Support candidates through the hiring process, including offer negotiations and onboarding. 5) Database Management: Maintain organized records of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring progress in the companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database.
