Job Summary In the advanced development, evaluate the reliability of heat exchanger materials, which play an extremely important role in the commercial air conditioners. Collaborate with stakeholders to lead corrosion prediction and corrosion prevention measures for copper and aluminum materials based on design requirements. To search for optimal shape and check the heat transfer coefficients of the developed fins & tubes by calculation and testing. Calculate and simulate Hex. exchanger design for performance optimization. Responsibility Through experimental analysis, and in some cases numerical analysis, measure the corrosion resistance of copper and aluminum materials used in heat exchangers for air conditioners and develop ideas for preventing corrosion.Propose and design prototyping leading to evaluation as a heat exchanger material and experimental equipment.In cooperation with various stakeholders, including the members of platform design department, each module, and heat exchanger material manufacturers, identify the gaps between the current situation and the targets and propose new improvements in order to achieve both reliability and cost.To search for optimal shape and check the heat transfer coefficients of the developed fins & tubes by calculation and testing. Educational Qualification Master’s degree (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, e.g. materials engineering, heat transfer engineering, etc. Working Experience At least 5 years of experience in Heat exchanger material evaluation and heat exchanger design and design optimization for performance. Skill Requirements Communication and presentation skills.Ability to make objective decisions in collaboration with managers to ensure that the right decisions are made.Ability to make judgments that enable correct responses to stakeholder comments.Ability to propose new approaches to problems Language Excellent communication skills. Role & responsibilities: • 10 to 12 years experience in vehicle hydraulic system design along with integration with powertrain Possess good command over design and selection of hydraulic components like axial piston pumps, gear pumps, axial piston motors, gear motors, cylinders, filters, strainers, hydraulic tank aggregates, manifold blocks etc. Experience on closed loop hydraulic system design is must Create and interpret complex hydraulic schematics for construction equipment / off-road vehicles / mining machines Knowledge about hydraulic tank sizing and design Should able to calculate and optimize hydraulic oil cooler sizing Good knowledge about appropriate selection of hydraulic hoses and fittings based on required pressure ratings Well conversant with different DIN, ISO and SAE standards for hoses and fittings.
