Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities;

  1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT Bars.
  • Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
  • Develop and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue business with builders, contractors, architects, and infrastructure companies.

Market & Dealer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
  • Appoint new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with channel partners for order generation and collections.

    Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
  • Gather feedback from customers and recommend strategies for product positioning.
  • 4.

    Customer Service & Collection

  • Ensure on-time delivery and resolve customer complaints.
  • Follow up for timely payments and credit control.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding product quality and usage, if required.
