Roles & Responsibilities1. 1.Accounts & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank, Journal Entries). Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances. Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets. Vendor reconciliation and customer outstanding monitoring. Assist in costing and inventory valuation for TMT Bars and raw materials (sponge iron, billets, scrap, etc. 2. Taxation & Compliance Filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings. Support statutory and internal audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. 3. Work closely with the production team for cost optimization. 4. Payables & Receivables Prepare and process vendor payments. Track customer payments and follow up for collections. Maintain ageing reports for debtors and creditors. 5. Other Responsibilities Support management in CAPEX/ROI calculations. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting. Roles & Responsibilities; Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT Bars. Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, and direct customers. Develop and expand customer base in the assigned territory. Identify and pursue business with builders, contractors, architects, and infrastructure companies. 2. Market & Dealer Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors. Appoint new dealers/distributors in potential markets. Ensure regular follow-ups with channel partners for order generation and collections. 3. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management. Gather feedback from customers and recommend strategies for product positioning. 4.
