We are seeking an experienced SeniorAnalyst with a strong background in Ferro Alloys - Molybednum testing and quality assurance compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate testing, maintaining documentation, and playing a key role in upgrading the laboratory to meet NABL and BIS certification standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct physical and chemical testing of Ferro-Molybdenum and other ferro alloys as per industry and client specifications. - Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and functioning of all testing instruments. - Maintain complete test records, calibration reports, and material certificates with accuracy. - Updation of lab with required equipments to conduct testing of all the elements if required. - Ensure all lab processes meet NABL and BIS compliance norms. - Prepare and update SOPs and quality manuals required for lab certification processes. - Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during the accreditation process. - Train junior staff on testing protocols and safety procedures. - Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions when required. Key Requirements: Job Description - Minimum 5 years of experience in Ferro Alloys testing, quality control, or laboratory operations. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in testing of Ferro Molybdenum by WET CHEMICAL METHOD is a must. - Strong knowledge of gravimetric titration method as mentioned in BIS. - Proven experience in compliance, documentation, and audits related to NABL and/or BIS. - Ability to manage multiple testing protocols, lab schedules, and team coordination. - Excellent record keeping and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or relevant technical discipline. - Certification or experience in NABL/BIS audit or lab setup preferred. - Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) is a plus.
