Description:

Job Title Sr Engg/Sr Buyer

Experience Required – 5-6 Yr

Preferred Industry – Automotive, Glass, UPVC Window.

Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare material requirement plans (Weekly / Monthly) and arrange schedule/PO to vendor as per production Requirement.
Follow up with vendors for timely material availability.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Finance departments for smooth supply chain operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for continuous supply support.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
Support vendor audits and compliance activities.
Maintain all Purchase records & Prepare MIS reports

Qualifications

Education:
Engg Background (B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engg) or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Materials Buyer, Purchasing Officer, or in a similar procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or UPVC Window industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SCM principles, Inventory management, Risk Management, Command on ERP & MS Office Suite.
Knowledge Required:
Understanding of manufacturing processes.
Soft Skills:
Interpersonal, Accountability, Independent Working, Problem Solver.
