Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Human Resources / Business Administration; MBA in HR preferred. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations with expertise in payroll and compliance. Knowledge of payroll software and HRMS tools. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and hospital/healthcare HR practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity. Desirable: Prior experience in hospital or healthcare sector is an added advantage.
