Key Responsibilities: Strategize, manage, and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, captions) aligned with immigration trends and client interests Handle inbound queries via DMs and comments with timely and professional responses Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, visa, counselling) for content ideas and lead conversion Analyze metrics and report performance weekly (engagement, reach, lead generation) Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to attract B2B agents and direct clients Monitor trends and competitor activities to ensure Walson’s online presence is industry-leading Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in social media management (immigration/education sector preferred) Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Demonstrated ability to grow followers, drive leads, and convert engagement into inquiries Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Preferred Qualities: Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset Understanding of UK, USA, Canada, and Australia immigration/study visa processes Experience in coordinating with video editors/designers/content writers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
