What this job involves: Support in the maintenance of accurate data in the CAFM/IWMS database application. Validate data to determine readiness for reporting and benchmarking. Support in the management of all administration forms and corresponding data elements including space categories, space types, organization hierarchy, capacities, etc. Ensure drawing and data standards are followed and document any account specific deviations from the standards. The role will be accountable for specifying and building effective analytical products and being able to transform transactional data into meaningful business insights.?The outcome of the Sr.BI Analyst is to enable the business to make data-informed decisions, which are based on insightful analytics. Every deliverable of the role should be able to demonstrate a measurable return on investment and improved outcomes for the client. Key responsibilities: Gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop data models and dashboards Designing and developing data visualizations and reports using Power BI Designing effective data structures and balance the need for Dax and/or M within your solution to best balance client needs vs speed of your solution Working closely with the wider team to support independent development of dashboards and support utilisation of centralised data models Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements Developing and maintaining documentation for Power BI solutions Understanding business requirements Partnering with the wider business to create Business Intelligence products utilising tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.
