Responsibilities 1. SAP Operations & Support Monitor and execute transactions in SAP for: Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Material Issue & Transfer Stock Adjustments Dispatch Documentation Ensure real-time and error-free posting of all warehouse movements in SAP. 2. Training & Process Compliance Train warehouse operators and officers on SAP transactions and best practices. Conduct regular audits to ensure SAP process compliance. Identify and report any deviations from SOPs and support corrective actions. 3. Inventory Management Support cycle count and physical stock verification using SAP tools. Reconcile SAP vs physical stock variances and document resolutions. 4. Issue Resolution & Coordination Coordinate with the Central SAP Team / IT for issue resolution. Act as the SAP key user for the warehouse and communicate changes in process or system. Log tickets and follow up for technical bug fixes, enhancements, or errors. 5. Data & Reporting Generate and analyze SAP-based reports related to: Daily inward and outward stock Inventory movement GRN pending status Stock ageing Support monthly MIS and audit requirements with accurate SAP data.Required Skills: Strong command over SAP modules Proficient in MS Excel, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs Experience in warehouse operations and logistics preferred Analytical thinking and detail-oriented Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
