Position Title: Client Relationship Management / BDM (US IT Staffing)
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab (Local Candidates Preferred)JD:• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and seek new potential clients.• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.• Build and promote strong, long-lasting vendor relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.• Understand client needs and requirements, and provide the details about client expectations to the concern recruiters.• Arranging/ Attending business development meetings with prospective clientsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development within the US IT Staffing industry.• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
