About the role: The role involves hands-on support for devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and trading-critical applications. Job Location: Gift City - Gandhinagar Shift Timing: 6 pm - 3 am Key Responsibilities: L1 Engineer Perform day-to-day monitoring and health checks of network devices (Firewall, Router, Switches). Provide first-level troubleshooting for infrastructure and user issues. Assist in application access, installations, and basic support. Coordinate with vendors for onsite/remote support. Maintain documentation and asset inventory. L2 Engineer Configure and manage firewall rules, routing policies, and VLANs. Coordinate with OEM support for critical issues. Implement and support business/trading applications. Guide L1 team members and ensure SLA adherence. Technical Skills Required: Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Hands-on with Firewall (e.g., Fortinet/Cisco), Router & Switch configurations. Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments. Exposure to trading or financial applications Qualifications & Experience L1 : Diploma/Bachelors in IT/CS with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. L2 : Bachelors in IT/CS with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management. Relevant certifications (CompTIA N+, CCNA, Sophos/Fortinet certifications) will be an added advantage.
