Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of ERP and responsible for ERP improvement.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials for quality, quantity, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials under suitable conditions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of electronic components, PCBs, consumables, and packaging materials and generate reports regularly.
  • Manage stock rotation using methods like First-In, First-Out (FIFO) to prevent obsolescence or expiry.
  • Replenish inventory and initiate purchase requisitions when stock reaches minimum levels.
  • Organize and maintain the store layout to ensure easy access and safety.
  • Oversee and collaborate with customers regarding the materials received from them as necessary.
  • Handle the issuing and send of materials to production or other departments.
  • Manage surplus, damaged, or expired stock including proper disposal or return.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety compliance in the store area.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation like material received reports and goods movement records.
  • Safeguard inventory against theft, damage, and unauthorized access.
  • Ensure proper ESD-safe storage, FIFO/FEFO, labelling, and binning.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department for receiving and dispatch operations.
  • Support inventory audits and verification processes regularly.
  • Maintain 5S, safety standards, and documentation for audits.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of electronic components (SMD, THT, ICs, connectors, semiconductors).
  • Experience in the PCB/EMS industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of ESD & MSL handling.
  • Good ERP and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma/BE (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical) or Graduate with relevant experience.

3–7 years of experience in Store/Material Management in electronics or EMS.
