Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and ensuring successful execution of tasks in alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include performing technical assessments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality and operational standards. The role may also involve direct liaison with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in machining, CNC operations, and production machinery
• Experience in project management, team coordination, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the automobile industry and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adhere to timelines and quality benchmarks
