SEACO operates from four strategic locations, including Maval, Talawade, Talegaon in Pune, and Rudrapur in Uttaranchal, equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Comprising two major divisions—SEACO Foundry and SEACO Machining—the company prides itself on passion and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. The individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and ensuring successful execution of tasks in alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include performing technical assessments, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality and operational standards. The role may also involve direct liaison with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet project deliverables. Qualifications Strong technical expertise in machining, CNC operations, and production machinery Experience in project management, team coordination, and quality assurance Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills Knowledge of the automobile industry and manufacturing processes is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adhere to timelines and quality benchmarks
