Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, such as coordinating customer interactions, managing daily dealership operations, and ensuring timely service delivery. Duties may also include maintaining records, preparing reports, handling inquiries or feedback, and supporting promotional or sales events to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of automobile products and services or a willingness to learn quickly
• Experience with sales, administration, or operational coordination
• Proficiency with standard office software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry is an added advantage
