Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in India. The role involves overseeing and executing assigned tasks related to integrated facility management, coordinating with team members, and maintaining high service quality. The position also requires regular reporting, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and proactively addressing client requirements to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in facility management practices, housekeeping, and technical services. Knowledge in gardening, landscaping, and guest house management. Experience in managing security and casual labor supply operations effectively. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and ensure client satisfaction. Prior experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, IT, or hospitality is an advantage. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facility management or a related field is preferred.
