Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. As a member of the LMCE team, the role will involve various day-to-day tasks such as developing and maintaining relationships with kirana stores, assisting in product placement and promotion, leveraging technology and data for better market penetration, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. The role will also include conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze performance metrics
• Skills in product placement, promotion, and leveraging technology and data
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in a similar role within the FMCG or retail sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for market analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas
