Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the job, including designing and developing new footwear and accessory products, collaborating with the marketing team to understand market trends, conducting market research, and ensuring quality control. The role will also involve liaising with retailers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Design, Development, and Manufacturing
• Expertise in Market Research and Trend Analysis
• Skilled in Quality Control and Assurance
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, Business, or related field
• Experience in the footwear or leather accessories industry is a plus
