Currently, the company is expanding into men's wallets and leather accessories. Our major homegrown brands include TRENDS, FANTASY, and HOOVES. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Kolkata. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer retention, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales. The role involves analyzing customer data, developing strategies for improving customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Customer Retention and Customer Experience management Excellent Communication skills Proven Sales abilities Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the footwear or retail industry is a plus
