Customer Relationship Management Executive

As a CRM Executive/Manager, your role will involve managing and optimizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining the CRM database to ensure accuracy and data integrity - Tracking customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests - Generating and analyzing CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities - Supporting sales and marketing teams in campaigns, lead management, and follow-ups - Handling customer queries and ensuring timely resolution - Developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention - Training and supporting staff in the effective use of CRM tools - Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless customer service To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field - Prior experience in CRM management or customer service is preferred - Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Additionally, your skills should include proficiency in CRM software, data management, reporting, customer service orientation, problem-solving, decision-making, and knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
