1. Solution Design, Development & Stakeholder Management- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions - MUST HAVE

Design and implement Salesforce configurations including flows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, and system interfaces- MUST HAVE

Champion CRM best practices aligned with organizational strategic objectives- SHOULD HAVE

2. Project & Requirements Management- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)- MUST HAVE

Facilitate requirement workshops and provide accurate effort estimations- MUST HAVE

Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation including process flows, data models, and technical specifications- MUST HAVE

Manage project scope in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) and oversee change management processes- SHOULD HAVE

3. Agile Delivery- Actively participate in backlog refinement: define, review, and prioritize requirements - MUST HAVE

Support Product Owners in release planning and sprint scope definition- SHOULD HAVE

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable application development- SHOULD HAVE

4. Training & Support- Deliver training and ongoing support for new systems and processes- SHOULD HAVE

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels- MUST HAVE

5. Experience & Skills- 6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery- MUST HAVE

Advanced expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud- MUST HAVE

Experience with interface design and data mapping- SHOULD HAVE

Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder influence capabilities- MUST HAVE

6. Mandatory Certifications- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification- MUST HAVE

Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification- MUST HAVE

7. Key Attributes- Techno-functional profile with demonstrated capability in both development and solution design- MUST HAVE

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities- MUST HAVE

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels- MUST HAVE
