The role will primarily support our Customer Care Manager by coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, and handling follow-ups related to after-sales services, spare parts, and consumables. The candidate will also assist the Marketing team in lead validation and database development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Support the Customer Care Manager in day-to-day sales operations. Prepare and send quotations for after-sales service contracts, spare parts, and consumables. Take regular telephonic follow-ups with customers regarding quotations and pending responses. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist the Marketing team with daily activities including: Validating and qualifying leads. Supporting database development and management. Coordinating with internal teams for smooth campaign execution. Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science. MBA would be an added advantage. 12 years of experience in customer support, administration, or any customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is desirable.
