Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Creating and monitoring advances/investment asset books through lending to NBFC segment borrowers in west region (Maharashtra, Gujrat, Goa, MP)
  • Preparing Credit Appraisal Memos for NBFC segment borrowers with detailed financial/credit analysis, presenting the proposals and arranging facility approvals from relevant sanctioning authorities.
  • Sourcing of New to Bank/New to Credit clients for Bank throughout the year in the west region
  • Liability generation from NBFC/Fintech segment clients through cross-sell in the form of CASA Accounts, CMS services, FD creation, Forex, Cards, salary accounts, etc.
  • Frequent client meetings for credit monitoring, gathering client/market information

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good understanding of Credit, financial analysis, credit documentation, NBFC market and related regulations/conventions.
  • Candidate having experience in managing relationships of NBFCs/FIs in other Bank/large NBFCs.
  • High on communication skills to manage good relationship with internal as well as external stakeholders and get the work done.
