As a Co-Lending Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with co-lending partners, specifically Smaller NBFCs. You will negotiate and finalize co-lending agreements, ensuring seamless coordination with partners for loan origination and servicing. Your role will also involve sourcing new partners and business through partner networks, evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and recommending approvals for NBFC lending. Conducting due diligence, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance for DA will be key responsibilities. In the area of Risk Management and post disbursement transactions, you will monitor loan portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Maintaining accurate records, reports, and dashboards will be essential to track and manage risks effectively. You will need to ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to RBI and other regulatory guidelines, staying updated on regulatory changes, and implementing necessary measures to meet compliance requirements. Collaborating with internal teams such as credit and operations, providing training and support to partner staff, and working towards achieving business targets and productivity standards will be part of your internal stakeholder management responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to handle post disbursement MIS effectively, utilizing your strong understanding of co-lending models, regulatory framework, credit assessment, and risk management in the NBFC sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, will be essential for success in this role. As for the qualifications and experience required, the ideal candidate should have a CA/CFA/MBA-Finance degree, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Having professional certificates in Risk Management and Credit Analysis, proficiency in MS Office, and a good understanding of Banking and Operations will be advantageous for this position.,
