Role Key Responsibilities: Functional (80%): Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Financials modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, EBTax). Design and implement functional configurations in Oracle EBS R12 / Oracle Cloud Financials. Support finance teams in month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting. Document business processes, functional specifications, and user manuals. Provide end-user training and ongoing functional support. Perform gap analysis and propose optimal Oracle solutions aligned with business needs. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect resolution, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, SCM, etc.). Technical (20%): Work with technical teams to develop or troubleshoot custom reports (BI Publisher, FSG, OTBI), interfaces, and extensions (RICE components). Assist in writing and reviewing MD50/MD70 documentation. Perform SQL queries to analyze data or support functional troubleshooting. Support minor code-level debugging or coordinate with technical developers.
