Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage the NRI acquisition channel performance from Business & Service Matrices Creation, distribution, and monitoring of portfolios to NRI sales team, in close coordination with central and line leadership Goal Sheet Management & Incentive structure for Channel Enablements for Higher Participation & Earners Payout Channel Manpower management and attrition control Introduction of training programs for Onboarding Journey, Productivity enhancement training programs & trainings for product, process, behavioral, goal sheet and system. Productivity improvement, PPI improvement Campaigns Management Defining Sales Management Processes and driving adherence to associated processes Close coordination with product teams to see higher conversion Manage the channel and central analytics team for targeted output through desired process Periodic review (Monthly) of target vs achievement with regional and central leadership, to have maximum impact of Tactical drives/ RnR projects Monitor performance and identify gaps and design strategies to cover the same Design and execute suitable RnR events for better traction of the channel Manage/enhance different product penetration within the portfolio in order to maximize PPI & C2G Manage daily drives through enabling MIS, suitable download to the channel team through attractive campaign and dipstick check to gauge the preparedness of the channel Preferred candidate profile Relevant exp in BFSI in business planning & analysis, sales strategy, MIS, stakeholder management, 4-7 years
