About The Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Product Documentation Assist in documenting features, business requirements, use cases, and user stories for the in-house tool built for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Data & User Behaviour Analysis Analyse system data, usage patterns, and user behaviour to suggest product improvements. Identify gaps and recommend enhancements for better user experience.
• Demo & Training Support Prepare product demos, walkthroughs, and other client-facing materials. Support product and training teams with presentations and feature explanation.
• QA Testing & Issue Tracking Assist in functional testing of new product features. Report bugs, track enhancements, and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.
  

Required Skills

• Good understanding of business processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Basic knowledge of ERP concepts (Oracle Fusion ERP knowledge is a plus)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related fields)
• Interest in ERP systems, product management, or business analysis
