Job Description – ReactJS Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled ReactJS Developer with 3–5 years of experience in building modern, interactive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS, real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.IO, Firebase, etc.), animations, and UI integrations. You will be responsible for developing group chat features, smooth animations, and responsive front-end applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance ReactJS applications with reusable components and clean architecture.
• Implement real-time features such as group chat, notifications, and live updates using WebSockets, Socket.IO, Firebase, or similar technologies.
• Create engaging animations and transitions for a modern and interactive user experience (using libraries like Framer Motion, React Spring, or GSAP).
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem trends, tools, and libraries.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a ReactJS Frontend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux (or Context API), TypeScript (preferred).
• Experience with real-time data handling using WebSockets, Socket.IO, or Firebase.
• Hands-on experience with UI animations and transitions (Framer Motion, React Spring, GSAP, or CSS animations).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS / Material UI / Styled Components.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON integration.
• Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js or React Native.
• Knowledge of PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
• Experience in unit testing and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,371.41 - ₹50,864.01 per month
