Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide expert support for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and other Jira product implementations.
Analyse and assess client requirements to develop tailored Jira solutions.
Install, configure, and customize Jira products to meet specific organizational needs.
Create and maintain documentation for Jira processes and workflows.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful Jira adoption.
Optimize existing Jira instances for improved efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues.
Stay up to date with the latest Atlassian product updates and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Jira administration and configuration
Familiarity with Jira add-ons and integrations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Atlassian certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional) are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a Jira consultant or administrator
Knowledge of other Atlassian products (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket)
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy) for Jira customization
Background in IT service management or software development

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments of our (Bestway) Jira environments.
Design and implement Jira workflows, custom fields, and automation rules.
Migrate data from legacy systems to Jira platforms.
Integrate Jira with other tools and systems used by the organization.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Jira instances.
Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
