Job Description:


  • As an JIRA Administrator, the role will be the following :
  • Work with responsible of IDS JIRA Paris-based (Agnès Vugier) for day to day IDS JIRA administration.

  • Install, configure, maintain, administer and enhance the Atlassian tools and third party add-ons (JIRA Software, Confluence, BigGantt, Planning Poker, Tempo Timesheets, Tempo Planner, Xporter, and others plugins).
  • Design, implement and maintain Jira projects, workflows, forms, fields, screens, security schemes, setup automated dashboards and reports, etc. to serve as templates for teams across IDS.
  • Knowledge of the JIRA JQL schema and be able to extract data.
  • Define, document and maintain best practices and train internal users on JIRA, Confluence, and third party add-ons.
  • JIRA users support.
  • Work closely with Integration Systems teams for system administration of Jira and Confluence including performance tuning and ensuring proper scaling to match usage growth.
  • Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Demonstrated skills :
  • A higher-education degree in Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a JIRA Administrator in medium to large enterprises.
  • Used to work in complex environments (international, involving many businesses, complex projects,…).
  • Adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sense of customer service with capacity of challenging customer requests.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Project specific skills required :Jira Administrator - Install, configure, maintain, administer and enhance the Atlassian tools and third party add-ons (JIRA Software, Confluence, BigGantt, Planning Poker Tempo Timesheets, Tempo Planner, Xporter
