Jira Admin

We are seeking an experienced JIRA Administrator (4+ years) to manage, configure, and optimize our Atlassian suite, primarily JIRA and Confluence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations of project workflows, user management, automation, integrations, reporting, and governance across the organization

Key Responsibilities:

JIRA Administration & Configuration:

· Create, configure, and manage JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, screens, fields, permissions, and issue types

· Implement advanced JIRA customizations, including workflow validators, post-functions, and triggers

· Manage user accounts, groups, and roles within JIRA and Confluence

· Develop and maintain automation rules using JIRA Automation and Marketplace apps

Atlassian Suite Support:

· Administer Confluence spaces, templates, page permissions, and content structures

· Install, configure, and maintain Atlassian Marketplace add-ons

· System Maintenance & Governance, Perform routine system health checks, upgrades, and backups

· Ensure best practices in JIRA usage, version control, audit compliance, and data security

· Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with Atlassian support when needed

Integrations & Reporting:

· Integrate JIRA with CI/CD tools, Git repositories, Slack/MS Teams, and other third-party applications

· Build dashboards, reports, and filters for project managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams

· Support API-based automation and integration initiatives

Collaboration & Support:

· Work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and PMO teams to understand process needs and translate them into JIRA solutions

· Provide training, documentation, and user support for JIRA and Confluence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
