Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gen AI Testing Lead, based in Chennai. As a Gen AI Testing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, performing software testing, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyzing test results, and identifying areas for improvement in the testing process.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and solve problems
• Strong relevant Experience 6yrs.
• Experience in Testing and creating detailed Test Cases
• Proficiency in Software Testing
• Prompt Engineering
• Gen AI Security Testing.
• AI/ML Architecture
• Compliance for LLM
• LLM Model Testing
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus
