Jewelry Store Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers effectively, providing detailed product descriptions and promoting jewelry pieces.
• Influence purchasing decisions through personalized recommendations and product knowledge.
• Address and resolve all customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Process payment transactions accurately and prepare products for delivery or pick-up.
• Contribute to team success by achieving sales targets and supporting colleagues as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and anticipate customer demand.
• Prepare sales and customer service reports by analyzing sales data and feedback.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering excellent service and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize ERP systems and platforms such as Magento and Ameo for store and inventory management.

• Strong background in jewelry retail or luxury sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in store management systems and ERP tools
• Experience in customer service, inventory control, and team coordination
